An on-demand item is a product that is not pre-printed and stocked in Geiger's warehouse but is produced on a per-request basis. On-demand items take longer to ship. They are made especially for you, so please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and plan accordingly. On-demand items may also require a minimum order quantity to meet production requirements.
The ESS logo is 2” on all shirts and jackets.
ESS is not responsible for the purchase of apparel items. You must pay for apparel by credit card and can place an apparel order using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Please be sure to complete all the necessary information. Charges on your statement will appear as Geiger Catalogs. Please note the pricing does not include tax. Taxes will be applied to your order total appropriately based on your state and local laws.

All non-apparel items will be invoiced to ESS. All invoices are approved by Candy Crim, ESS Director of Recruitment.
Apparel items do not need approval. If you order the maximum quantities listed for in-stock non-apparel items, you do not need approval. On-demand, non-apparel items will require approval from your EVP/VP.
Please place a request on the ESS Marketing & Sales Request forms under Promotional Materials if you need a custom item. The Marketing & Sales Request form link is located in your Canto portal under the search bar on the thumbnail page.

Geiger customer service and ESS must authorize all returns. Please email CS@Geiger.com and CCrim@ESS.com for return authorization. All claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within ten (10) days of receipt.
Orders are shipped through UPS. All items are sent with ground shipping. You can expect in-stock items to ship within 24 hours of placing your order. Refer to the shipping map below for ground time in transit from Geiger's warehouse:
For on-demand items, please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and allow an additional 3-5 days for ground transit from the manufacturer.
Shipping and transit times do not include weekends and holidays and cannot be guaranteed under extenuating circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions.

Yes. To do this, choose “Ship to multiple addresses” on the first checkout screen. From here, follow the prompts to either direct each item to a different shipping address, or “Split” the quantity of an item to multiple shipping addresses. Please call Customer Service for assistance at 888-343-1343.
You can update your billing address, manage shipping addresses, change your password, and view your order history through the Manage Account page.
